oh, Durang - why are you so unrelenting mean? I do like Beyond Therapy and very much enjoyed the production of his Vanya play (which is a much kinder Durang I think) but generally, I tend to want to take a long shower after I see a Durang play and this one is no different - I wouldn't not want to sit through an evening of this so no from me.
My original comments were "yes" but this time around I'm leaning towards "no". It wasn't as funny as I wanted it to be.
20 years ago, people may have found it funny. Today, it is just nasty. It has something in it to offend everyone. No thanks.
I hated it before and remain the same now. NO
I disliked this one the first time we read it. That hasn't changed with time. "Bah humbug," for me.
The only major issue I had was the “Tourette’s” labeling. Not my cup of tea, although others love his work. I could go either way, but I don’t need to see this and I believe TRP can do better.
