First act delightfully funny. Second act drags, though funny in places too. I can picture seeing this in the round. Fun for designers, actors, director. A different type of show for all, including the audience.
My vote is Yes.

Three character, easily diverse, one set, different kind of play - psychodrama? Has a little "taste" of "Silence of the Lambs". Interesting twists. I like it. Yes for me.

Creepy! Loved the dark humor throughout. It kept me guessing and wanting to read on. It would be fun to do in the round. Designers would love it. Yes for me.

Not my cup of tea but if others think this will appeal to our mystery loving patrons, I wouldn't fight it. I think it can be done in the round although it is rather sad to lose the impact of a reveal (with the set changes) that can be done with a stage that is shielded by a curtain - but that can't be helped. I give it neither a yes or a no but a meh.

To quote Linda Sue, "Not my cup of tea" either. I had read this awhile ago and disliked it then, so I gave it another chance (especially encouraged by the rave comments of other committee members) but disliked it as much the second time. I love psychological thrillers, especially those with twisty plot devices and surprises (in fact, last night I did a Zoom reading for Lakeshore Players of "Holmes and Watson" by Jeffrey Hatcher, which was wonderful in its use of an asylum location and inmates who may or may not be who they are). But this script exacted such a high price in gruesome visuals and tedious and distasteful dialogue that I would absolutely hate sitting through it as an audience member. And while I am usually open minded about challenging technical issues, many of which I believe can be surmounted, I think this one presents far more challenges than can be realistically overcome in the round. So it's a "no" for me.

The set requirements in the foreword put me off, but I read on. My first impression was right. After act one, I had no desire to go on. No

I think this is too hard to do in the round and the violence was a turn off for me.
