Commedia dell'arte meets the East Enders. It is funny and physical. Downsides: cockney accents and the dinner scene will be tricky to stage in the round. This is a modernization of Goldini's The Servant of Two Masters. We may wish to consider Hatcher's adaptation for American audiences. I would keep it in the mix.

British humor that reminds me of Laurel and Hardy. I vote Yes for this version, I like it better than the Hatcher & Landi version we read.

I also find the accents and rhyming slang a problem. Even if done well, it could be difficult to understand. The dinner scene would also be difficult to do well in the round. Audience plants, falling down stairs, fire extinguisher foam, etc. make it more bother than it is worth for me. No.
